Alaksandr Lukashenka called the political prisoners "bandits", failing to hope for their release despite president Donald Trump's appeal. The Belarusian leader announced that he would break the dialog with the US if Washington cooperated with the opposition. The case concerns, among others, Andrzej Pochobut.
