Mexico Changes Constitution in consequence to Donald Trump's Actions

Mexico's Chamber of Deputies has voted to adopt constitutional changes that would aid defend the country's sovereignty, in consequence to Donald Trump's designation of respective Mexican drug cartels as terrorist organizations and media reports that spy drones have begun flying secretly over Mexico.
