Mexico changes the constitution in consequence to Donald Trump's actions

The Mexican Chamber of Deputies advocated the adoption of changes in the constitution to aid defend the country's sovereignty. This is simply a reaction to Donald Trump's designation of respective Mexican drug cartels for terrorist organizations and media reports that spy drones began secretly flying over Mexico.
