U.S. president Donald Trump made a mistake starting negotiations on Ukraine before deciding to break Russian troops in the NEO zone said British analyst Alexander Mercouris in an interview with YouTube channel "The Duran".
According to the expert, Ukrainian society has not yet full understood how powerful Russian offensive threatens their country.
