The case concerns presidential envelope elections which Morawiecki commissioned.
– The organisation and preparation of elections on the basis of an administrative decision should not take place and be without legal basis said Banas during the press conference. NIK then submitted notifications to the D.A. on suspicion of a crime committed by the Polish Post Office and the Management Board of the Polish safety Printing Works. The printing of electoral cards for envelope elections that were not held consumed over 70 million zlotys. The chief liable for throwing money in the mud was Minister of State Assets and Deputy Prime Minister Jacek Sasin.
