In an interview on Polsat News, Sławomir Mentzen did not keep his mouth shut, referring to the actions of Jarosław Kaczyński and called him “a liar and a jerk.” “He uses my illness to hit me,” he said.
Why did I call Kaczyński a jerk? For his words suggesting that I should cure my autism spectrum before entering politics. Kaczyński said that people from the spectrum should not participate in public life – Mentzen explained in the entry on social media.

In the remainder of Mentzen's entry, he pointed out that during many rallies during the campaign, people in the autism spectrum and parents of specified children frequently approached him and talked about the hope he gave them that "you can live with it as usually as possible, prosecute it and succeed."
