"Although I had the best chance of winning against Rafał Trzaskowski in the second circular of the presidential election, unfortunately I did not manage to get to it," said Sławomir Mentzen on his election evening. The candidate of Nowa Nadzea and the Confederation took 3rd place with a consequence of 15.4 percent according to the exit poll.


Sławomir Mentzen emphasized that his consequence is simply a historical success of his community. The Confederation candidate thanked for the votes cast. He besides addressed words of thanks to his wife and mother.
