The territory Prosecutor's Office in Zielona Góra has made Luke Mejaze 11 allegations related, among others, to the concealment of assets in statements made. The allegations besides cover false data in the papers which the associate submitted between 2021 and 2024. On Thursday, an indictment was filed.

In addition to concealing the property Mr Luke Meyza did not study the required information to the registry of Benefits maintained by the talker of the Sejm. In this case, he was accused failure to notify the required informationwhich is besides a violation of the rules. The Prosecutor's Office has charged him on the basis of Article 231(1) of the Criminal Code.
