MEN responds to the president's veto. "We will implement the improvement by regulations"

"Weto will origin any legislative difficulties, but will not halt the reform" - said education minister Barbara Nowacka. The Ministry of Education wants to implement the improvement of the Compass of next day and announces that it will do so by means of regulations.
