Prof. Jerzy Hausner's speech “What awaits the Polish economy – credibility, ability to attract investment and growth prospects” began the gathering at the office of Leviathan. The discussion was moderated by Dr. Henry Bochniarz, president of the Leviathan Confederation's Main Council.
Prof. Jerzy Hausner spoke about the fact that manufacture is the lever of our economy, and that an industrial-technology revolution is being carried out in front of us, and its manifestation is, among another things, the drive to reduce energy consumption and change the structure of this energy from "dirty" to "pure".
Topics included inflation, unemployment, wage dynamics and productivity. The peculiar guest besides stressed the importance of the economical credibility of the state and recalled the diagnosis of reliability in Index of economical Reliability developed by a squad of experts under his direction.
General Assembly of the Confederation of Leviathan
Marek Górski, Vice-President of the General Assembly, was elected.
A study on the activities of the Confederation of Leviathan was presented at the General Assembly in 2022. The yearly study was considered and approved. A presentation of the plans for 2023 was besides presented, which representatives of the Leviathan members accepted and approved.
The actions and plans of Leviathan were discussed by president Maciej Witucki, Dr. Henryk Bochniarz, president of the Main Council of the Confederate Leviathan, CEO Grzegorz Baczewski and directors Agnieszka Sobstyl, Marzena Chmielewski, Sabina Nonas, Krzysztof Kajda and Kuba Giedrojć.
The gathering with Prof. Jerzy Hausner and the General Assembly of the Confederation of Leviathan took place on 14 June at the office of Leviathan.
