"If the crazy European Union tries to bargain Russian assets frozen in Belgium, this may be considered by Russia as a reason to declare war," Dmitry Medvedev, deputy president of the safety Council of the Russian Federation and erstwhile president of the country, celebrated for his ruthless language, warned on Platform X on Thursday.
