Medvedev criticizes Japan for boosting arms spending

Dmitry Medvedev decided to criticize Japan's decision to increase arms spending, saying that “the militarization of Japan complicates the situation in the Asia-Pacific region and regrets that “Japanese authorities are pursuing a course towards a fresh militarization of the country,” TASS reports.
