Media: Israel begins construction of controversial facilities in Gaza Strip

Construction of Israeli humanitarian distribution centres has begun in the Gaza Strip, the BBC reports, citing satellite images. The thought of creating specified facilities in place of the current humanitarian aid has been widely criticised. Aid organisations have called it a "farce" and accused Israel of wanting to turn aid into a "tool of military strategy".
