The court had no choice but to overturn the decision of the National Broadcasting Council regarding the concession for tv Republika; from the very beginning, doubts were raised by the deficiency of transparency of the concession procedure, including the reliable origin of financing for the station and the bias of the head of the National Broadcasting Council, media expert Dr. Krzysztof Grzegorzewski told PAP.
