National road 9 is blocked after an accident involving 4 vehicles on Monday morning in Skaryszew close Radom. 2 people went to the hospital. The movement takes place on local roads, said the spokesperson for the Radom Police Justyna Jaskiewicz.
The event occurred present in the morning at Słowackiego Street in Skaryszew. According to the preliminary findings of the officers, a 40-year-old man driving from Radom towards Ilża, from the unexplained reasons he drove to the other lane.
– He then hooked up with a truck, a passenger and another truck that was heading for Radom," said the spokesman.
As a consequence of the collision, the victim of the accident and the passenger from the second passenger car were injured. Both victims were transported by medical rescue teams to the hospital. Emergency services and traffic officers are working on the scene to safe tracks and find the exact circumstances of the incident.
– Since there are respective cars there are large vehicles, the way is blocked in both directions and traffic is guided by detours through local roads – explained Jaskiewicz.
Due to the difficulties, police call on all drivers to exercise peculiar caution and follow orders from traffic management officers.
