May 3rd Constitution Day. What precisely is planned?

Celebrations of the Constitution Day on May 3 in Warsaw. The ceremonies began with the laying of a wreath by the head of the Ministry of National Defense, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, at the monument of Wincenty Witos in Warsaw. In turn, a speech by president Andrzej Duda is scheduled for 12:00. Celebrations will besides take place in Chicago, USA, where a Polish parade will be organized.
