We mentioned above that parents have until 31 May to apply for 800 plus. Otherwise, they could lose their money. The formalities may only be completed by electronic means in 1 of the following ways:
through the PUE ZUS platform,
in the mZUS mobile application,
on the Emp@tia portal,
in electronic banking.
We must besides bear in head that an additional condition will come into force from 1 June 2025. More specifically, children will gotta carry out their school work (sciences) in the Polish facility to receive 800 plus. There are 2 exceptions to this regulation - small ones for it besides tiny and students of the last classes of secondary schools.

The payment of 800 plus is subject to the deadline for submitting the application. Therefore, in 2025, the timetable for payment of the educational benefit will be as follows:
application submitted by 30 April - payment of 800 plus until 30 June,
application lodged from 1 to 31 May - payment of 800 plus until 31 July,
application lodged from 1 to 30 June - payment of 800 plus until 31 August,
application submitted from 1 to 31 July - payment of 800 plus until 30 September.
