Washington states that US president Donald Trump is considering providing military support to Israel in a conflict with Iran, peculiarly with a view to destroying Iran's atomic program. As commander-in-chief of the U.S. military, the president of the United States could introduce a strategical weapon that is presently not available to Israel: the GBU-57 bunker bomb. The weapon is dropped from a transport plane, triggering a shock wave that destroys everything within a fewer 100 meters.
