Former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki heard the charges. It is about organizing the alleged 2020 Envelope Elections. According to investigators Morawiecki exceeded his powers and acted without a legal basis, as already indicated by the provincial administrative court. Morawiecki himself emphasizes that elections would have taken the same decisions again.
