
Former close associate of Andrzej Duda – Marcin Mastalerek spared no words of criticism at PiS. During the debate with Sławomir Mentzen, he accused the parties of a deceptive belief in over-support and besides pointed out quite a few mistakes.
Mastalerek took part in the debate with the Confederate leader in Rzeszów on Friday. During “Beer with Mentzen” quite a few topics were raised, and 1 of those that sparked the most discussion was the consequence of the fresh presidential election.
– Karol Nawrocki did not win these elections due to the fact that president Kaczyński is superb and people want the Law and Justice to return to power. He won due to the fact that after specified a short time people do not want Donald Tusk more than Jarosław Kaczyński – said Mastalerek.
Mastalerek points out PiS errors
Later, the erstwhile president's cabinet chief pointed out that anyone who entered the second circular would win these elections, as he could number on the support of the electorates of the PiS and the Confederacy. He besides noted the mistake made by the leadership of Law and Justice.
– They believed that people wanted them back and that they voted for them. Well, no. In the first round, the PiS candidate made the worst score in past — 2.5 million votes little than Andrzej Duda 5 years ago – added the erstwhile minister.
