"The number of deaths to Israeli attacks since dawn has risen to at least 44, including 21 in Chan Junus in the confederate part of the Gaza Strip," said civilian defence spokesperson Mahmud Bassal.
According to Bassal, six Palestinians in the Al-Tuffah territory of Gaza were killed in 1 of the attacks, where a group of people gathered close the bakery. Three children are among the fatalities.
Israel struck again
Israeli forces resumed attacks on the Gaza Strip on 18 March. As noted, the fresh offensive aims at the militants and Hamas terrorist infrastructure, and the run is simply a consequence to the rejection by this organisation of further proposals to extend the ceasefire.
