Marzena Tabor-Olszewska: The law is in the 'freezer,' and dogs are inactive on chains

An IBRiS poll for 'Rzeczpospolita' showed that nearly 70 percent of respondents support the parliamentary process of the presidential draft of the alleged chain law. I interpret this primarily as a deficiency of approval for the current situation of dogs inactive kept on chains.
