Announced at the Nordic-Baltic 8th Summit (NB8), Prime Minister Tusk's plan to make at sea what has been arranged in the air under NATO Operation Baltic Air Police (the mission to control airspace over the Baltic countries) is unquestionably right. Russia has become convinced that in its sabotage activities at sea it is impunityless and now it must be proved that it is not. To do so, however, we must have the means to do so. And in the case of the Navy of the Republic of Poland ** it was previously ensured that specified measures were simply not there**.
