Marshal Czarzasta forbids alcohol, and president Kaczyński reminds... Communist vodka trick

Jarosław Kaczyński supported the decision of Marshal Włodzimierz Czarzasty to ban the sale of alcohol in the Sejm. PiS president admitted that this was a step in the right direction, though he warned against the return of old parliamentary tricks — specified as the celebrated “capless tonic”, i.e. vodka served in a soda bottle.
