Morocco gets Mirage 2000-9?

On 16 April, arabian and French media reported that after 3 years of stalemate, the French government authorised the transfer of multi-purpose combat aircraft Dassault Mirage 2000-9 belonging to the United arabian Emirates of Morocco.
