Mariusz Dzierzawski: We won in court with president of Białystok

Eight years - so much has been going on in my case in Green Mountain, which has just been dropped. It's about organizing an action to inform parents about the depravity of children by "sexual education", which we conducted in... 2018. The trial itself lasted 1.5 years. During this time, I have tried myself 10 times in Green Mountain, beating 500 kilometres 1 way. A fewer days ago, the case was yet dropped. After 8 years and 10 trials.
The day before yesterday there was another sentence. We won in court with the president of Białystok, who ordered our assembly to be dissolved in May this year, during which we conducted an information run among the residents. The court ruled that the decision of the city authorities was illegal.
I am writing about how much you request constant support to enable our Foundation to operate.

- Bialystok - immediate reaction of our Center immediately after the dissolution of the assembly.
These are only 2 completed cases from over 80 that are presently moving against volunteers of our Foundation throughout Poland.
This is what telling the truth, defending life and fighting corruption in Poland is like. For each of these over 80 cases is simply a circumstantial volunteer of our Foundation. Our friend or colleague who got in the van, handed out flyers, stood with the banner on the street or prayed in a public place on the rosary and now needs legal protection.
I wanted to express my gratitude to our friends lawyers, who often, without looking to individual gain, defend us in court. peculiar thanks are due to Mr Paul Szafranc, who, acting on behalf of the Ordo Iuris Institute, perfectly represented me and our colleagues before the Green Mountain courts, and in many another cases before the courts.
For our Foundation, however, judicial processes are not only trials, but above all current, regular activities - correspondence handling, reading files, writing applications and observing deadlines.
Some cases go on for years, any sentences go on rapidly (rarely). Most cases are won or redeemed. We appeal all conviction. We're bringing complaints to administrative decisions. We notify the police and courts in cases of assault on our volunteers.
This is why the Legal Center of our Foundation exists. It has helped me for many years in Zielona Góra and defends another volunteers throughout the country, actively coordinating respective twelve cases simultaneously.
The cost of our Legal Center's operation present exceeds 10,000 PLN each month. Without these means, we will stay defenseless.
And we are presently fighting, among others, for the acquittal of Adam, the coordinator of our actions in Silesia, who was late sentenced in Wrocław to 8 months of restrictions on freedom and 3 500 PLN of punishment for organising a street news run informing parents about "sexual education".
That is why I am asking for your aid and support.
Every period we organize about 80-100 street news events throughout Poland. Our volunteers request a "legal shield" and certainty that erstwhile they go out next day to tell the fact about abortion and "health education", they will not be left alone in the courtroom. Your financial assistance will enable the Legal Centre to proceed to function in the close future.
