In Kielce, a conviction was passed against the man who helped execution his unborn child. He supplied the child's parent with dangerous means of abortion, then put the child's body in a commercial and buried it. The territory Court waived punishment for a man, recognizing the low social harm of this act. alternatively of the penalty, the offender was ordered to pay PLN 2 000 to the Justice Fund.

This is how the abortion mentality is spread in society. A mentality that will yet lead to further tragedies.
A man from Kielce found out that his concubine, with whom he already has 2 children, was pregnant. He wanted her to have a baby, but a female pressured him to aid her have an abortion. As Gazeta Wyborcza reports, the man was to attest in court:
"I thought she'd have a baby, and it'd be something. She said, under no circumstances, that she did not want pain in childbirth, darcia and children."
The baby's parent insisted that a man get her the means of abortion. Thus, with the aid of a friend, he came into possession of prescription-only strong painkillers for lumbar pain. "The court found that the man fulfilled the marks of the crime by giving abortive measures, but stated that the guilt and social harm of the act were not advanced adequate to scope after criminal sanctions," explains Jan Klocek, SO spokesperson in Kielce."
Consequently, the court waived the punishment of the man, and in his place ruled the transfer of PLN 2 000 to the Justice Fund.
A man gives a female a strong prescription preparation that is not according to her destiny, knowing about possible side effects and consequences. In this way, it helps to lead to a woman's life and health-threatening abortion in home conditions and the execution of her own child. Then he wraps the baby's body in a commercial and buries it. In the judgement of the court, this is simply a socially harmless act. How is that possible?
The judgement from Kielce is simply a logical consequence of the spread of abortion mentality in Polish society. Almost all mainstream media intensively advance abortion activism by encouraging women to abortion and assisting in abortion with abortion preparations. In light of this murderous propaganda "abortion is OK" and "any reason for abortion is good". This kind of content is overflowing with social media, which program recipients for automatic, non-reflective reactions: are you pregnant? Take the pills and have an abortion. This propaganda is besides addressed to men by convincing that it is the expected work of men to facilitate women's access to abortion and the implementation of their "rights" means killing children.

A period ago, I was sentenced by a final judgement of the court in Wrocław to PLN 20,000 penalties for organizing a billboard run asking questions about the moral assessment of abortion. In January this year we were forced by the Oleśnica authorities to pay as much as PLN 66,000 for showing the fact about the effects of abortion under the hospital, the largest abortion centre in Poland. In total, for the last six months only, nearly PLN 100,000 of penalties and fines have been imposed on our Foundation and our volunteers for telling the fact about abortion in public space. Despite these persecutions, we must proceed to fight.
The current law allowing punishment for assisting in abortion in practice is dead, and if the sentences are already passed it is highly mild. Furthermore, Donald Tusk's government protects organized criminal groups urging Poles to abortion and mediate illegal drug trafficking. Criminals are besides "journalists" who openly advertise execution pills in their media and encourage women to take them. The protection of government and services makes no 1 liable for abortionists. But abortion activists are not adequate - they want to warrant full, formal impunity to kid killers and abortion activists. 2 weeks ago, the Polish Sejm rejected the bill decriminating abortion and assisting in it. extremist left politicians have already announced that they will re-submit a task to the Sejm and will effort to do so. In the meantime, utilizing the freedom of action guaranteed by the Tusk government, they aid tens of thousands of women in pill abortions.
We must save children, their mothers, fathers and Polish families from abortion. The fight for life is primarily about shaping awareness and waking the consciences of Poles. Through independent information campaigns, we scope more people with the fact about abortion - that it is simply a cruel execution on an innocent child. This fact saves children's lives and protects their parents from becoming murderers. Throughout Poland, we besides organize public rosary prayers to halt abortion.
