From 7 to 13 September in Gdynia, and from 13 to 19 September in Gdańsk was the landing ship-dock USS Gunston Hall (LSD 44). Unfortunately, the ship was not open to the public due to the safety of the ship and possible guests. Thanks to the courtesy of the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw and the commander of the ship, Capt. Beth Nelson, Defence24.pl had the chance to observe any details about the equipment of the Marines stationed on this ship.
