Memory of Janusz Krasiński
He didn't choose her -
The way he chose
without giving him mercy
none but one:
He couldn't lie.
He loved adventures like another boys.
But he didn't know.
The war will be a slave of the grey day
And the day will become the night's ghost

in the belly of the beast
It's been 9 years
A powerful monster
threw his light body to shore
fed by air and sun
He got up and went
to Nineveh
He walked a long way – persistently
A life of shadow
the time in which it resides
The darkness fell asleep his eyes—
But he inactive saw
That sight burning inside
When you can't compose anymore
led him to the advanced floor
From there the pavement reached
Like a friend in madness
But then what?
who will come to read
This large will:
the fact about Poland
Will we hear the voice of a witness
who couldn't lie.
