from Sydney about the thesis

The match played between Poland and the Netherlands (7 January this year) began with a duel of Hubert Hurkacz (6th planet ranking) with Tallon Griekspoor (only 25th place in this ranking). And you could immediately see the difference of class between them. Mr Hubert's atomic service and better oxen and forhand indicated as if he had already won in this meeting. But by the mediate of the set both went even further, the state 3:3 was an apparent balance, for Hurkacz won his games faster thanks to a better service, while Griekspoor had to exert himself to get the gem from his own service. However, there was no tie-break, due to the fact that abruptly the Hurkacz broke the rival and rather rapidly the set finished with a score of 6:3. It was only in the second set that Griekspoor put up strong resistance, so it came to draw 6:6, so to tie-break, which turned out to be full of emotion, due to the fact that Mr. Hubert was leading already 3:1, but abruptly his rival leveled out, after which the state 4:3 again gave the Pole the advantage, and then Griekspoor attacked the ball on the grid trying to level out the match again. In this hand he was the top, but the Hurkacz could beat the ball in the defensive advanced adequate to force the Dutchr to 3 times bounce in a reasonably hard position, which ended in an unlucky hit to the net and our ace led already 5:3 in tie-break, and after a strong exchange even 6:3. The ambitious Griekspoor scored another point, but yet Hurkacz's atomic service set the tie-break score at 7:4.
The court now went out, so Iga Świątek and Suzanne Lamens (57 place in the ranking), which Iga defeated this year in the US Open, in 3 sets. This time she went much easier due to the fact that truly the fight only lasted to 3 gems in the first set (38 minutes), ending with the triumph of Igi 6:3. The second set was almost a walk for her, as it was won by 6:2, and the rapporteurs commented as “impressive wines”. The 3rd point was scored by pair Katarzyna Kawa with Jan Zieliński winning with Demi Schurs I David Pell 6:3, 3:6 and 10-4. So after this triumph (the double was not broadcast on TV) the Polish squad will play on Friday in the quarter-final with the host team, whose star is the celebrated Alex de Minaur! Moved like silver, but anything can happen, possibly decide the consequence of a mix? Who knows? And I'm certain we'll have quite a few emotions...
So by Friday... And fingers for our stars!
