Marek Baterowicz: CONSTY-STRUCLA of 1997
date:21 May 2026 Editor: GKut

From far away, you can see better...

Until 1989, PZPR kept Poles on a chain, and at the circular table they were shown a peculiar grace offering them only a leash, which was inactive held by the same PZPR. The change was that the leash could be loosened and, if necessary, shortened, which was impossible with the chain. Under the mediocre appearances of democracy, the leash has even been clenched so that Poles do not intend to build the real III of the Polish State. And in 1992 the peers had abortions of the embryo of the Polish state, they were very afraid by Olszewski's government and the plan of mirrors, so decommunization. And so it has been to this day, it is even much worse, and the destructive maneuvers of the Tusk mafia (coalition of December 13) are striving to dismantle the 3rd Republic, to complete chaos and the distribution of justice, and the fresh draft of the Act on the liquidation of the CBA ( vetoed fortunately by the President) proves that corruption is inactive Tusk's favourite method of power, as was already known for Donald's first “premise”. And yet his appointment as Prime Minister in the frail year 2023 was so hastily risked, although it could be expected that he would be the sole supervisor of instructions sent from the anti-Polish lobby. So he wonders the intellectual state of the decision-makers of specified appointment! And all day the balance of financial losses increases, as well as the disaster of hospitals, births, nursery schools, schools, education, museums and inactive theatres. The performance “Medea”, far from art and class, says that scenes are utilized primitively to fight politically, to humiliate Poland, which corresponds to the anti-Polish desiderates of Tusk. The humiliation of Poland and Poles in theatres is unfortunately not new, delight read the crucial survey of Mrs.Themida Stankiewicz-Podhorecka “Obscency Reality, or Anti-Polish Theatre” in “Exemption of Poland” (White Raven, 2015, p.63-69), including the guide of Polish plagues and disasters.

On the another hand, we must return to the subject of “consty-strucli”, which was baked in 1997 by erstwhile advanced dignitaries of the PZPR. After the removal of Olszewski's government, the Peerelians concluded that the arrangement on the circular table required additional safeguards for their interests and already in 1994 they undertook work on a fresh constitution. Among these hismen were 3 comrades, Aleksander Kwasniewski, Włodzimierz Cimoszewicz and the oldest Marek Mazurkiewicz (born 1931), who studied “law” in the time of Stalin's terror, and then rapidly went into “professors”, and was always like BMW (passive, mediocre, faithful). Unheard, here over the Constitution for the 3rd Republic were the erstwhile members of the PZPR – what a scandal! So the constitution for supposedly free Poland was fried by ex-aparatists of PZPR and secret services!? Even if for this reason specified a “constitution” should be illegal from the beginning, and it should besides be prepared so that it does not become a legal act to the degree of an independent state. Not much, due to the fact that the preamble to this “consty-strucli” was written by Tadeusz Mazowiecki (a promoter of a thick line), who started his political career for Stalinism (in 1952 he co-authored the book “The Enemy remained the same), and besides slandered the patriot Bishop Kaczmark, tortured on the UB, and did so in the weekly diary supervised by General Sierov. As we can see, the 1997 Constitution was so a product of tedious messaging and manipulation of post-peerel agentry with Stalinist even a flaw.

It is no wonder that this scowl and indigestive “konsty-strucla” became the subject of many reservations and critics to mention only the essay by prof. Krystyna Pawłowicz, published in the volume “Repolonization of Poland” (White Raven, 2016, pp.19-28), and entitled “Let free Poles compose the Constitution for free Poland themselves!”. Of course, they deserve it! According to Prof. Pavlowicz, the present constitution in many of its resolutions is unrealistic and dead, or it misses social expectations, and the worst part is that the constitution “stole” us PRL-bis, post-communists and left. This Basic Act does not represent the views of the majority of Poles, but delight personally read the reviews of Prof. Pawłowicz (vide str.19-29) and, by the way, with the full interesting volume about “Repolonization of Poland”, which unfortunately was blocked by the peers. In this volume of 15 authors examines the causes of our failures after 1989 and the fact that the unfinished III of Poland constantly limped without enjoying the fullness of democracy. And since December 2023, after Tusk took over power, we have seen almost reubekization (!) with even Stalinist lawlessness, and full of privileges only for the peers at the expense of the deceived citizens, who, in 1989, were offered the 3rd Polish but constantly stuffed relics of PRL. And the current state of toxicity due to these relics is alarming and requires solid therapy. Therefore, we hope to welcome the initiative of president Karol Nawrocki on the appointment of the Council to the fresh constitution, due to the fact that the situation of Poland is already disastrous and the country is falling apart in the eyes of a helpless nation. The reconstruction of Poland must start from scratch – how many times will we watch the pathetic spectacle of restoring the remains of PRL to life? And the 1997 Const-strucla – baked from the moulded flour of PZPR – proved to be a failure and a political swindle to the expectations of the Nation, which suffered so much under the dictatorship and stick of this "conductive force", not even seeing the crimes of the communist era be judged. And the only period in the past of the 3rd Poland, erstwhile Poland was developing, was the years 2015-2023, years of the regulation of law and justice!
