Marek A. Cichocki: In Venezuela, we should not defend enemies and attack friends

Western and confederate Europe do not like American imperialism, especially in the Donald Trump era. In Poland, in connection with the US attack on Venezuela, we have reason to fear the primacy of force over the law, but we besides request to know how to separate between friends and enemies.
