Marco Rubio: Russia must decide on peace within weeks

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in Brussels that Russia will gotta decide in weeks — not months — whether it is serious about peace or not, adding that president Trump is not curious in dragging out negotiations and will not accept delaying tactics from the Kremlin.
