On Wednesday, the National Prosecutor's Office applied to the territory Court in Warsaw for a European arrest warrant against Romanowski, a erstwhile Deputy Minister of Justice, who is suspected in an investigation into the Justice Fund. The investigation concerns, among others, overshooting of powers and failure to fulfil duties by the erstwhile minister and MS officials liable for the management, distribution and settlement of Fund funds.
Shadowhunters and Spain
According to Eska, Marcin Romanowski is looking for so-called. Shadow hunters, or an elite unit of CBSIP specialising in tracking dangerous criminals. Today, the search is likely to narrow down to the area of western Europe, more specifically to Spain.

Law and Justice does not support
He asked for a comment on 1 of the Members of Law and Justice. In the discussion of the politician he emphasized that in Jarosław Kaczyński's organization there are voices confirming the findings of the prosecutor's office, according to which Romanowski hides outside Poland. Additionally, any organization members are reportedly dissatisfied with Romanowski's attitude.
Many feel that he should be shut down and thus have the chance to become a "hero". And so he gave fuel to the another side – assessed an anonymous politician.
