Marcin Drewicz: Candidate for the Office of the president of the Republic of Poland – Part 6: Polemically – so that the Ministry of Culture does not completely eliminate

We have heard about the proposal to "eliminate the Ministry of Culture and Art". As he called it, but – as we realize it – it is the central one, from the pocket of the Polish taxpayer, the state office kept “in charge of culture”. Of course, the scope of each office can be changed, as can its budget.

We all want the best Polish patriots, intelligent people, “with a vision” who realize what a common good is, people with the broadest general cognition and at the same time outstanding specialists in their fields. The best! Unfortunately, besides frequently the reality of the present era besides surprises us.

But we are asking, specifically: what another resource, than the state, has been able to stand on Polish lands in the last 100 years to defender monuments (including powerful architectural assumptions), museums, galleries, libraries, archives, operas and operettas, philharmony, (large) theatres, etc.? Who? Was the church robbed by successive invaders and occupiers? So far, hundreds of thousands of private owners (Polish families) have been robbed? Are those surviving present and/or formerly in Poland?

Are those surviving present and/or formerly outside Poland and their descendants born there? Are there any associations gathering rich people? possibly any foundations or... ordination? In communist Poland, it was eliminated first and inactive in its appropriate dimension not reactivated! A lot to talk about.

Yes, the State’s institution in this area has been disgraced many times, including in the modern times! It is adequate to callback these accounts from many years ago, at the same time from the 21st century, which show that in the first 4th of the "transformated New-Capitalist" period Poland's historical noble manors and agrarian manors lost more (!) in today's area than in the 45th anniversary of communist PRL. It is simply a disgrace as large as inactive silent.

At the same time, with this heavy-inert passiveness-obsession-ignorement, but besides the incorrect Public Authority, no "social movement in defence of the courts", so this "private" someway did not give any more notice; at least we know nothing about it. That's it.

And are there hundreds of past textbooks issued in the last 35 years (that we will not mention the 45th anniversary of the Polish People's Republic) in the list of 2 or 4 pages of colorful sticker with their archaic names at least a fewer twelve oldest Polish noble coats? But this is the reason for the “eliminating” of another, related advanced office, namely the Ministry of National Education.

Atoli is known to us that – in turn! – private (and not national!) publishers have late been restrained before taking a completely private initiative, so the non-ministerial initiative of releasing a series of textbooks (!) of educational notebooks under the collective motto “Themes omitted” – omitted in the contemporary Polish school, this state school, but besides in this private one. Is it necessary, then, to be “private” and indeed to be, better and, to say so, more ancient (!) than “state”? seemingly in today's post-communist Poland, many "private" people are not such. besides bad! quite a few reasons for that.

“To the private, not to the MP...!” says the Classic, and we already know precisely what happened after that.

So, despite everything, in today's – and we are curious in it – Poland only a professional state office – here: the Ministry of Culture and Art – is competent, of course, erstwhile it meets many conditions, to be effective in guarding this full – how inactive powerful despite the many losses it has suffered – the material cultural and artistic achievements of many generations of the Nation, in order to convey to the successors "in the relay of generations", as well as to our generation, it was passed on, besides for decades of this anti-cultural and in general abject PRL.

However, there were besides people who... but this is simply a separate communicative – that generation.

After all, there are abroad reconstructions of these stolen works of art owned by Polish entities during wars and occupations. There is simply a full catalog of specified items, inactive not closed. Who's gonna run these cases?

And – let’s relax for a while – a certain time Mr. Car was successful in fighting highly qualified thieves and art smugglers. The aim was to guarantee that moving Polish monuments did not leave Polish territory. He was an worker not of the Ministry of abroad Affairs, nor of the Ministry of abroad Affairs, but of the Ministry of Culture and Art.

Yes, there have been private people, these “divisible Polish entrepreneurs” who have sometimes developed a castle (!), and it has been their families who are not even, at their own expense, saved, under the supervision of the conservator of monuments they have renovated, and sometimes even expanded, and who usage specified a historical object to the benefit of the wider public. But, as far as we know, in today's fresh Poland these are inactive fewer exceptions. A different substance is this "cultural policy" States relating in peculiar to the intangible asset (“the song will get distant ...”); in practice, decisions by successive changing organization teams, in fact, to allocate 1 public money to their ‘cultural’ activity (remove or hold foreigners) and to deny that money to others. This practice is truly pathological and should not continue.

So – is this 1 point little from the catalogue of tasks of this Ministry of Culture? Are you sure? In the end – this comparison is very timid in our times – the state patronate or state patronate, or monarch (!) the order is as old as the state itself, monarchy and art.

Another way – let's ask who founded the “all these churches” with the equipment (historic). It was the king/prince (i.e. the state), erstwhile orders and bishops (i.e. the Church just), it was the aristocracy and nobility (i.e. private citizens). Has anyone "habilitation" already followed the action, results and balance of the patronage of the authorities of the Polish People's Republic in the broad area of the Nation's life discussed here? And parallel habilitation should concern the Polish People's Republic of Poland censorship of “presses, publications and performances – 'on Mysiej Street'”!

Another habilitation should concern, comparatively, besides state patronage and state censorship in the same era as the Polish People's Republic (sic!) fresh Spain General Francisco Franco, or Portugal prof. Antonio Salazar, as it were, the RETURNING OF PRL and another "socialist states". The highly interesting, rich and valuable cultural achievements of Iberia in the mediate decades of the 20th century are inactive unknown in Poland. Why? But “Bardotka” programs inactive play on Polish-language television.

Yes, let us besides examine which of the creators in the last 35 years of the Post-Communist State of Poland refused, in any form or form, support, and what happened later. With this creator and his work. For example, the music squad of local government (they are besides part of the state!), and despite the organization changes of these authorities following subsequent elections, they regularly refused access to the phase or alleged performance shells in the local park...

What happened to the rejected: the creator, with the artist, with the work and – attention! – with possible future (!) recipients of his work. The close ones! And how many – that we will usage an example already in this context extreme, due to the fact that both emigration and emigration – died these incorrect RECIPIENTS and possible LOVErs of Proselyst specified as Florian Czarniszewicz? Not knowing about the existence (!) of specified a man.

That's what we're talking about here – this shortage-deficiency of our enemies, which is simply expressed in the... sustained by these enemies OF THE NETHERLANDS, about matters, content and characters crucial to us.

The half-century of communist PRL and the then-developed propaganda method showed that it was silence, hard to keep for those who usage it (see above) as the most effective weapon.

Example: there are no mentions in many films about the "building of the People's Poland" of any "obstacles", unless by abroad factors, by "western imperialists"; therefore, the viewers do not receive any cognition of this;

A counterexample: but in any movie from the first half of the Polish People's Republic there is simply a mention of a "reactive underground" (this is about today's "Cursed Soldiers", besides a "poetic", and even of the "crimes" committed by them, and yet we have a "attack" on a train or a bus, erstwhile the commander of this "reactive band" is presented (quoted from distant memory): "People, do not be afraid. We are the Polish Army with the Eagle and the Crown, not with the crow" (about a generation later similarly: "The Eagle of the Crow will not defeat!"; and today...?).

Thus, even “in that right past period” even this scrupulous censorship of the Polish People's Republic in silence did not persist (they are only people) and “something like that”, after only an episode, the barely paros-second snapshot “released” people on screens. Good for you! Enemy mistakes are our victory!

Atoli of whom and what kind and content of the work of this Post-communist Polish State promoted in the last 35 years? Oh, yeah! And, for a change, is that work promoted by successive ministerial “teams” “focused” on the life of the Nation? And how does it “puzzle”? And does she, in any part of her life, not be pregnant? In particular, we can think of movie and tv activities, but besides the alleged popular or alleged youth music scene, the 1 with the "new (English) sound".

But... in a fresh sound in those "revolutionary" 1960s and 1970s, long ago; and now full generations and nations of another sound simply do not know, nor do they respond to it, but with ridicule (sic!). That's how it worked!

Many of the late produced by the state entity and/or already "traditionally" financed from the pocket of the excruciating Polish payer "works" should not arise at all. State officials liable should be tried on the basis of at least the Code of Offence. They will most likely defy the rule of "de guscibus non disputandum" (we do not like each other), and even this rule is not extended without limit.

But if "non disputandum", why did those government officials – that's right! – any creators ("creators"?) support and finance and send others away? Yes – just in the absence! To the detriment of Polish culture, and specifically to these crowds of possible and at the same time future recipients of these works in the absence of remaining works of these creators of culture. And what about the creators and emigration work, especially the generation of the Second planet War (the alleged war) and the cognition of it in the country – it is another communicative (but, for example, the Florian Czarniszewicz mentioned is with his emigration experience earlier).

However, besides present (sic!), as well as in times of "communs", there are these "colons" (written by "it", from the word "shelf"), or works from various fields of work, about which even the state entities stay silent. Not just state...! A circumstantial "state-private partnership" in this unfortunate collusion. And here the incorrect ellipse closes.

It concerns – what we repeat – more quality of this patron, provider, promoter, or distributor of works of culture and art, and little whether it is private, state, cooperative, self-government or another. From him – from this INTERMEDIARY – the Nation learns something or does not find out – a simple alternative!

In another words – the state patronate and/or state authorship (that we will call it here) are only and until the EXERCISE, which is utilized by the political environment. They are powerful tools and with a large scope of influence, so why remove them, why destruct them if they were already available?

Mickiewicz had to have his publisher – yes, private – the first and next; and besides specified helpers who moved these books to the Country (a horse's attraction, “because there was no another 1 at the time”). Moniuszko's work had to be prepared to stage, after all, with the participation of many people, and in addition outsmart the state (!) hostile censorship. And so on... These are examples from outside the state counsel, as taken from the era erstwhile the Polish State was not there. Yeah! Let us appreciate that we have the Polish State today, and usage its tools for our purposes!

Alists in another countries, after all, there is now a state patronage and a state producer, including state television. any of the products there, e.g. series or films, scope Poland, so that we can besides effort to measure their artistic and/or method level and moral or immoral message.
