Marcin Bogdan: Systematic demolition of Polish statehood

Poland has frequently been attacked and destroyed by enemies, by external enemies. The defence against the outside enemy, though it may be difficult, seems natural and obvious. It is much harder to defend yourself, and sometimes even to admit the interior enemy who attacks and destroys the country from the inside.

While listening to the study of the proceeding before the ultimate Court on the validity of elections for the Office of the president of Poland, while listening to the statements of lawyer General Adam Bodnar, the words of the song written by Fr Karol Dąbrowski sounded in my thoughts:

Motherland has

“You have wanted freedom so many times,

You've been tormented so many times,

But always a alien did,

Today a brother is killed by a brother!”

possibly he doesn't kill physically, doesn't kill physically, but kills with a word. In his statements to the ultimate Court, Adam Bodnar consistently denied the existence of the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs, claiming that all judges of this home should be excluded from ruling. Did Adam Bodnar consider how he behaved if the election was won by Rafał Trzaskowski? After all, in this case the validity of the elections would be decided by the same home in the same composition. Would Adam Bodnar besides then question the validity of this House's decision? On the question of the justice whether Bodnar feels like a legal senator, after the legality of the legislature elections in 2023 was ruled by the same House, he replied that the House's decision in the case of parliamentary elections was only declarative, and in the case of presidential elections it is decision-making due to the fact that it determines the issue of the President's oath. Does Mr Bodnar, therefore, feel that if the ultimate Court declared the parliamentary elections invalid, he could make a vow and become a senator? After all, according to the Constitution (Article 104(2)), the Senator shall include a mandate at the time of his oath.

Adam Bodnar tried to depreciate the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs at all costs. He accused the Court of denying his representatives access to an electoral protest about a peculiar given signature. After any time, in his next statement, or alternatively a tirade, he began to read the content of this protest from a card. On the question of the Court of First Instance, where did he get the text of this protest, since he had claimed a fewer minutes earlier that he had been denied access to the protest of this signature, he replied with disconcerting sincerity that he had due to the fact that he had printed himself, not due to the fact that he had received it. It reminded me how in simple school a colleague (although the word is not the right one, due to the fact that he was not my friend), and this student caught smoking cigarettes stated that he did not smoke, but kept smoking so that it would not go out. But what a kid in school can afford isn't good adequate for the lawyer General and the Minister and Senator in 1 person. Words are missing.

But the words were followed by actions. Bodnar insisted that the ultimate Court registry individually, under separate signatures, all submitted protests, even those, identical to both content and form. It is known that thousands of protestes were copies, even photocopies, 1 model protest in 1 and the same case. If the issue afraid misallocation of the votes counted to candidates, Bodnar felt that the recalculation of the votes by the court in a given committee was insufficient, that the court should number the votes in a given committee not again but respective hundred, or even respective tens of thousands of times, due to the fact that so many protests were received, and each, by respect for the citizen's protestor, should be considered and verified individually.

It is the demolition of the state, the demolition of the Polish statehood. This time no alien does, but a brother does. Crazyly sad is simply a conclusion, but is it real? In the light of the information available on the Internet, it can be assumed that this is done by an alien. Who is Adam Bodnar, really? He says of himself: “If you dig deeper into my family's history, these Ukrainian roots are clearly visible in it." How clearly can you see? This is explained by Bodnar’s next statement: “My father in 1947, was then a five-year-old boy, as part of the action "Wisła" along with the full household was driven out of a tiny village close Sanok. And it hit the alleged Earths Recovered in the Gryfic area".

“I am Polish – so I have Polish responsibilities” – can these words of Roman Dmowski be applied to politicians who hold key positions in government and state administration today? I'm not writing it so that they, these politicians, think about it, I'm writing it so that you can think about the ways of Rodak and the voters. To make you wonder who you are voting for, but you have Polish responsibilities.

Mr Bogdan
