What is Right State? According to the definition in the Encyclopaedia of PWN, the state's right is “the notion created in ancient Rome (ratio status) related to the designation of the good, interest and needs of the state as superior value, the guidelines of action not only by state authorities but besides by citizens.’ Further in the Encyclopaedia of PWN, we can read that “At present, the fundamental sense of the concept of the state's rationale has not changed, but its content has been expanded; in it, permanent elements can be distinguished (e.g. independence, interior governance, external security, territorial integrity), Constituting Statedetermining its existence and enabling it to accomplish its objectives, and variable (e.g. fundamental external interests) dependent on the international, economic, changes in the social value system; the state of affairs frequently justifies uncompromising action in which the welfare of the State is put above another values protected by the law".

Why did I mention specified a comprehensive definition of the concept of the state's right, the concept that is most likely known and close to each reader? due to the fact that the Polish Press Agency banned the usage of this concept by the people of Lieutenant Colonel Sienkiewicz! The portal “inPolitics” was published by the Agency’s fresh self-proclaimed management “Vademecum of PAP Journalist". Vademecum specifies the following: ‘In a journalistic communicative we avoid the archaic word “state ration”. It is incorrect to treat this word as synonymous with a timeless, permanent national interest, as it is simply a dynamic concept.”. According to the fresh PAP management, specified terms as independence, interior governance, territorial integrity are so dynamic concepts and must not be regarded as permanent and timeless concepts.

In this context, it is not amazing that a further advice in Vademecum should be made: "PAP does not emphasize nationality, skin colour and racial affiliation. This applies to especially erstwhile it comes to a individual arrested for criminal offences or offences. It would seem that this is any ridiculous misunderstanding, any printing ladle has caused specified curiosity. But the fresh head of PAP does not leave any illusions, stating: “We do not duplicate specified information behind another media – PAP is simply a model for them, not them for PAP". So what is the model for Polish journalism to be the Polish Press Agency? Vademecum regulates it in a alternatively detailed way. The word ‘Illegal immigrant’ only ‘person crossing the border in a way that is incompatible with the rules“ You must not usage the word “black” only “black person“ You must not usage the word “Eskimos” only “Inuit“ no ‘Indian’ only “Indigenous American”, no ‘homosexual’ only ‘non-heteronormative person’, not ‘prostitute” only “sexworkerIt’s okay. ”

Vademecum had to refer, of course, to the alleged feminists: "In PAP we consider the usage of female names as a standard. We will leave to the curious to decide which form of feminatiw to use, e.g. ‘minister’: or ‘minister’. How widely the limits of freedom of speech have been outlined for PAP journalists – they can decide whether to compose a minister or a minister! I am not a PAP journalist, I am not a Vademecum, so I will always compose “Mrs. Minister” about a female who is simply a minister. But this time, this 1 time, I'll follow Vadmemecum's instructions. I will admit that any ministers of the current government behave like sex workers. And I compose this by state rations, by Polish state rations.

Mr Bogdan

P.S. If anyone thinks Vademacum has developed a mentally sick person, he's wrong. Vademecum clearly states that there are no mentally ill, there are only Mentally ill.
