Marcin Bogdan: Question to Mrs Gizela Jagielska

Mrs Gizela Jagielska is simply a media individual who does not shun cameras, flashes and public statements. This is not a common case among doctors. Most doctors, both those working in the state and private wellness services, focus on helping patients, doing so in the silence of the cabinets and infirmary halls, without unnecessary publicity and media noise.

This is what Mrs. Jagielska's attitude, characteristic of celebrities, caused her to be accused not in the courtroom, but in the media. She was accused in public. She was charged with a terrible crime, killing another man. besides publicly, in the media, Mrs Gizela Jagielska explained that her allegation was unfounded due to the fact that she said: “Man’s life begins after childbirthIt’s okay. ” After this statement, I conclude that Mrs Jagielska is simply a profoundly believing person, namely, she believes that human life begins after childbirth. It is not worth asking about the details of this faith, it is not worth asking whether, in the opinion of the Jagiellonian lady, the life of a man begins erstwhile he leaves his mother’s womb, or, for example, after cutting off the umbilical cord. It's worth asking, or rather, something much more important. It is crucial to ask Mrs. Jagielska publically why she is guided by her religion and not by technological cognition in the field of medicine.

According to technological knowledge, all human has its unique genetic DNA code. Human DNA can be determined not after birth, but even during pregnancy, 8 weeks after conception - based on the mother's blood sample, and 15 weeks after conception - based on the amniotic fluid test. This is not the DNA of an animal, plant or another organism, but the DNA of a human. A man who already has 2 weeks after conception begins the process of forming the central tense system. The man who begins to form the alleged old cerebral cortex in Week 5 and the brain is already performing its primary function by Week 8 sends impulses to another organs and coordinates their action. A man whose sex can be determined by the age of 3 months. A man who in 13 weeks develops connections in the brain between the hill and the cerebral cortex that carry information about pain. Even at this phase of development, man feels pain consciously if he is exposed to him and thus suffers. A man who opens his eyes in six months of age, feels taste and touch.

I say Mrs. Jagielska must have heard something about it, she must have heard about pain and suffering, since alternatively of doing it, as she calls it without embarrassment in media statements, "scrub", she decided to execute 'induction of asystole'. She decided to inject poison potassium chloride into the heart of a helpless man. A man who, for 37 weeks after his conception, developed within his mother's womb and was already capable of independent life and further improvement outside his mother's protective body. I say she must have heard something about it, since in 1 interview she said that the intent of the abortion was “giving birth or giving birth deadIt’s okay. ” I don't know if, according to Mrs. Jagielska's belief, after a dead birth, the fetus becomes a human being, but it is simply a dead fetus, but it is born. But I do know 1 thing, that in order to consciously get a dead baby, you gotta kill first.

I'm not a prosecutor to prosecute, nor am I a justice to justice or convict. But I am a citizen of our country and I have the right to expect, more than that, I have the right to request that doctors not follow their religion or superstitions, but follow technological knowledge. The statements and, worse still, the actions of Mrs. Jagielska indicate that she does not have simple cognition of medicine, and that she usurps the right to practice the profession of doctor. Therefore, I anticipate Mrs. Jagielska to resign from her profession of doctor, and if she does not do so herself, the Medical Court of the territory Medical Board will take distant her right to prosecute her profession of doctor. The doctor may believe that life starts after birth, he may even believe that life starts later erstwhile the baby becomes a kid or kid an adult person. As a man he may believe, but as a doctor he must act in accordance with technological cognition and applicable law. In Polish civilian Code law, Article 927 states:

§ 1

A natural individual who is not alive at the time of the beginning of the inheritance or a legal individual who does not be at that time may not be an heir.

§ 2

However, the kid at the time of the beginning of the inheritance may already be the heir if born alive.

If Polish law recognizes as a surviving natural person, a individual conceived but not yet born, then, according to this law, the injection of poison into the heart of specified a man is taking his life, or killing. So Mrs Gizela Jagielska, guided by her religion and not medical knowledge, broke the law, but I leave this issue to the courts.
