
On 20 May 1901, at the Catholic School of People (Katholische Volksschule) in September, German teacher sentenced 14 children to corporal punishment for refusing to answer spiritual lessons in German. Moved and agitated, parents began gathering outside the school building. The German authorities have punished parents protesting for their children with financial fines. These events were the beginning of the strike, which went into past as a strike by the Wrzesiński Children against Germanization of Polish schools, against forcing them to learn religion and to pray in German. The strike continued until Easter 1904. The Prussian state sued the kid strikers and their parents for trial. Children were flogged with up to 100 strokes and 25 of their parents were sentenced to 2 months to 2.5 years in prison. Referring to these events, the German Emperor Wilhelm II in his speech in 1902 in Malbork stated that: "...again, the Polish shoe wants to insult the Germans ...".. The Wrzesiński Children Strike was recorded by Maria Konopnicka in a poem:

But the Wrzesiński Children's Foundation believes that the protest was unfounded, and connecting Louis Lewandowski's person, who lived between 1821 and 1894, with the Wrzesiński Children's strike is unjustified due to the fact that "thematically, they have nothing in common". However, the same Foundation calls Louis Lewandowski "The Children of September", which, by itself, makes specified a relationship, at least in the verbal layer, creates. I did not find any information to indicate that Louis Lewandowski was active in anti-Polish activities. In this scandalous letter, which is available on the website of the Archdiocese of Gniezno, protesting Catholics and Polish patriots, Primas calls “extreme environments” based on “lies and half-truths and importantly distorting the teaching of the ChurchIt’s okay. ” I will not mention the full letter here, but I must address 2 fundamental issues that, as we can read in the letter, "Anxiety“ Archbishop of Poland. The first point is that protestors claim that "The works that Lewandowski created were mainly played in synagoguesIt’s okay. ” The Primate in rejecting this allegation cites the Second Vatican Council, which "wants to revive and urge common cognition and respectIt’s okay. ” The Primate besides writes that “The Christian should see in the individual the confession of the Moses brother, not the enemy”. The Archbishop of Poland, as the Primate of Poland, should remember that judaic communities demanded the removal of crosses from the gravel pit at the site of the erstwhile Auschwitz-Birkenau extermination camp. Archbishop Pole writes in his letter: “It is hard to resent the fact that, by promoting the work of a composer, 1 wants to hear his work in the first language in which he created”. As if not adequate Primate states in the conclusions of the letter that: "The Wrzesińskie children were defending the right to live in actual freedom. So that 1 can talk as 1 wishes, so that 1 can pray as 1 wishes.". Does not the Primate of Poland know the words of a poignant poem written in 1901 by 1 of the Wrześinski children?
“We God want to talk to you,
But «Vater unser» we do not understand,
And no 1 can make us call you that,
For thou art not Vater, but our Father."
Does the Archbishop of Poland not know the words of this poem, or does he not realize these words? Or does he not want to realize that Wrzesińskie Children opposed Germanization, that they fought for Polishness and not for it to be “Who wants to”? They did not fight to hear the work in the first language in which he created the possessor.

The parish priest of the parish of St. Stanislaw Kostka in Warsaw Żoliborz rented the church of TVN station.
