Marcin Bogdan: Poland in the light of drones
date:04 October 2025 Editor: GKut

The intrusion of more than 20 drones at night from 9th to 10th September in the Polish airspace was undoubtedly a provocation.

But the drone attack itself wasn't dangerous, it was without casualties. A dangerous or alternatively frightening image of Poland, which appeared to our eyes as a consequence of this attack, turned out to be a threat. Drones symbolically revealed to us the grim reality of Poland infiltrated by a abroad agent. Drony has told us more about Poland than many seismic debates or media discussions of experts.

First, I will remind you of the Kuriosian message of the Marshal of the legislature of Margaret Kidawa-Błońska, who asked about the reason for sending RCB SMS messages only after the drone attack: “I don't know if the earlier information sent at night would have the effect that this home would have survived. Fortunately, no 1 died. ........ I think everyone knew that specified an action took place rather quickly”. Can you be so stupid as not to know that the task of the Government safety Center is “coordinating crisis prevention”? The RCB is to inform about the impending threat and not to inform you after its occurrence. Anti-aircraft alarms are triggered not to prevent harm to objects, but to inform people of the danger. The RCB is here to inform people about the threat, and the media are there to inform them of events after their occurrence. How can a legislature Marshal be a individual who does not realize specified basic concepts?

But it was only the beginning of curiosity. Publicists and experts from various sides of the political scene, unfortunately besides those considered to be right-wing, surpassed in multiplying different theories. explanation of who and for what intent brought these drones into Polish airspace. The deficiency of an official, credible position of the Polish government was a useful ground for the improvement of various hypotheses. Just to be clear. In ambiguous situations, erstwhile commentators do not have apparent evidence, it may even be desirable to set logical hypotheses. A logical hypothesis. But was it logical to have a hypothesis voiced by reasonable publicists that these drones could fly into Poland by mistake? After all, the Ukrainian border is at war. Yes, only that the war has been going on for over 3 years, practically all day respective 100 Russian drones attack Ukraine, besides areas located close the Polish border and someway so far no of these tens, or possibly hundreds of thousands of drones have arrived in Poland by mistake. And this is 1 night over 20. By mistake? A logical hypothesis or disinformation?

Publicists and commentators besides made another hypotheses. specified that drones were directed to Poland by Ukrainians who wanted to drag Poland into the war with Russia in this way to extend the anti-Russian front. They explained that it could have been a alleged false flag action. The attack was made by Ukrainians, but they did so in specified a way that the guilt was attributed to Russia to bring about a state of war between Russia and Poland. A logical hypothesis, so you shouldn't reject it a priori. But 1 of the noble right-wing publicists considered this hypothesis to be the only rightful one, arguing that in his opinion the Russians had no, I repeat, no interest in directing their drones to Poland. The amazing apotheosis of Russia. The publicist did not consider the hypothesis of Ukrainian guilt, but arbitrarily determined its veracity. In addition, he argued that the crowning proof of Russia's innocence is that against the approaching of our border the drones warned us of Russia-dependent Belarus.

Real political intentions are frequently hidden from the public. It is popular to say that things have a second bottom. But in top-level politics, especially in war policy, there could be more. Things can have a 3rd or even a 4th bottom. The more layers, the harder it is to find out the truth. It should so be taken into account that the operation of drone attacks on Poland had at least 3 layers. Russia attacked Poland with drones, but it did so under a false flag to attribute Ukrainian guilt. Belarus warned Poland at the request of Russia to make the hypothesis of Ukrainian guilt credible. In informing Poland, Russia minimized the hazard of creating a conflict with Poland and in trying to attribute the blame to Ukraine had an apparent interest, which someway "forgotten" many commentators. If Poland considered that the drone attack was a conscious provocation from Ukraine, this could consequence in an obstacle or even a blockage of communication between Europe and Ukraine. After all, it is through the Podarzyskie airport in Jasionka and the border crossing in Medica that arms and humanitarian aid for Ukraine are transported, this is the way to Kiev European and American politicians, this is where Ukrainian politicians leave from Ukraine on their way to various meetings and negotiations. Therefore, the claims of any commentators that Russia had no interest in attacking Poland with drones are amazing and shocking, and they are active in the mysterious game of agentship of influences.

It is even more amazing that virtually no of the commentators, not to mention politicians, would have drawn attention to the point. The building shown in the media in Wyryki could not be destroyed by the drone. If an unarmed drone fell on this house, it would harm a fewer tiles. If the drone had an explosive device from the house, there would be nothing left. It should be apparent even to the layman and any unusual coincidence no of the commentators or experts raised the issue. Although any of these commentators may have felt cognitive discomfort due to the fact that they were eagerly spreading fake news: “People, I live in this village, this home was destroyed in a storm that passed 2 months ago, after all, it is apparent that the roof torn off by the wind”. Primitive fake, but you gotta admit, cleverly crafted on the ground of widespread misinformation about the alleged drone strike. Looking at the scale of the harm to the building, it was easier to believe that it was the effect of a storm strike than the fall of a drone.

In the flood of this kind of misinformation, the Polish government for 2 weeks hid the embarrassing fact that the building was hit by a rocket launched towards the drone by a Natowski fighter. And I'm certain the government would have continued to conceal this information if it hadn't been for a journalistic investigation that revealed the shameful truth. The fact is incomplete due to the fact that we inactive do not know if the rocket was launched by a Polish or Dutch fighter. But who are we to find out erstwhile the Minister of National Defence and Deputy Prime Minister of the Government Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish asked about this by journalists: “I'm certain without the drone, nothing would have happened there. The drone is the culprit. It’s okay. ” If Kosiniak-Kamish had an IQ akin to Kidawa-Błońska, he would most likely say that without breaking an apple from the Tree of cognition in Raj, nothing would happen in Wyryka. So the apple is the culprit.

Such statements by politicians in the Polish media space are embarrassing. But how do we find the situation erstwhile Marcin Bosacki, Secretary of State at the Ministry of abroad Affairs, in his speech at the UN, shows the full planet a image of a destroyed building in Wyryka, claiming it was a drone strike? It is simply a complete embarrassment of the Polish government, but unfortunately besides a compromise of Poland and a failure of our credibility on the global stage. any publicists wanted to cover up this grim fact threw Donald Trump's deficiency of a clear, expressive stance on the drone attack on Poland and the material damage. Only that the president of the United States, like the Polish government, knew perfectly well that the building in Wyryka was not destroyed by a drone only by a rocket launched by a Natowski fighter. Was Donald Trump, then, to announce everything and to the fact that the Polish government with Tusk was leading the Polish and global public opinion? In diplomacy, words must be weighed, and in this situation, the president of the United States has done so.

Drones that entered Poland on the night of September 9th were a serious threat. Russia has been and is simply a serious threat to Poland. But it's all nothing compared to the threats that appeared to our eyes as a consequence of this drone attack. Threats related to incompetence or even bad will of government camp politicians, threats related to the activity of abroad agents, threats related to the submission of various types of resonance boxes, which strengthen the transmission of openly anti-Polish propaganda. Will we learn from this lesson? Will the only consequence of this drone attack be the resignation of the Polish government from the acquisition of weapons for F-35 fighters, or air-to-air missiles AIM-120? A logical decision, since rockets fired from our fighters are destroying our homes, it's better not to give a monkey a razor. Russia, seeing Poland in the light of drones launched in our direction, is now firing traffic from russian Igristoje, or possibly even from the real French Champagne.
