Worse if these disagreements concern the explanation of the law, and even more so the designation or non-recognition of state institutions and bodies. And worst of all, if a individual who does not recognise any state body is the government minister of that state.
Adam Bodnar, Minister of Justice and lawyer General in 1 person, does not recognise the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court. It's serious, but what to do.
