Marcin Bogdan: Kill the priest, destruct Poland

7 years ago, in September 2018, the German portal Onet accused Father Jack Stryczek of mobbing. A.S.A. 7 years, 7 long years, investigated the case, interviewed 750. (sic !) witnesses and determined, as was reported a fewer days ago, that the allegations made to Fr Stryczko have no grounds or no justification. A priest was destroyed, a man was destroyed, works he created were destroyed. Where's the presumption of innocence? Why didn't anyone stand up for him? What actions did Catholics, parish communities, bishops or the full Episcopate take to defend Strycz, in defence of his good name?

A year ago, on Holy Thursday, on the day of the establishment of the Sacrament of Priesthood, priest Michał Olszewski was arrested. Fr Michał Olszewski is not only a clergyman. Before joining the seminar, he studied at the Warsaw University of Technology, in the field of environmental engineering. This is manager of the Profeto Media Group and the creator Radio Profeto, task animator and builder of the Archipelago – islands free of violence. Why do we request to know who actually killed Father George Popieluszko, on whose behalf and with whose permission? Why? Curiosity is expected to be the first degree to hell.

All these cases were and are known to the public, known to Catholics, known to bishops. But how many akin cases, cases of zealous priests, educated people, animators of local communities. Priests who were spoken were scorned and judged in advance without a right to defence. Priests, people whose lives are destroyed, are destroyed by the works they make and patronize. People anonymous due to the fact that they live distant from cameras and flashes of nationwide media. Without support, without defense, without human solidarity, condemned by the deficiency of publicizing their harm to how painfully forgotten. Many bishops will, for the sake of peace, remove the priest from service, alternatively of recognizing the substance and resisting the real evil.

religion is simply a gift, not to everyone. So you might think that a priest is just 1 of the professions. any go to a psychoanalyst, 1 to aid them find the meaning of life, others go to a priest, to confessional, to confess to change their lives. You can do this, you can do this. There are people who never took a taxi, or they never took a plane. But that does not mean that they have the right to discredit these professions, that they have the right to refuse taxi drivers or pilots to establish associations, social activities or to have their own political views. Neither does anyone, even an unbeliever who does not go to church, have the right to prohibit priests and clergymen from participating in social and economical life, having views and expressing them. spiritual people are besides citizens and have the same rights as each of us. If we as a society accept this kind of discrimination against priests, clergymen, in time we will find that the widespread discrimination will include us, our profession, ourselves, even for being Catholics, and especially for admitting that we are Catholics.

“If they come to destruct this nation, they will begin with the Church due to the fact that the Church is the strength of this nation.”. Through the publication of the Onet portal, Father Jack Stryczk was destroyed.
