It began by forcefully overthrowing the legal authorities of Public Television, arresting MPs protected by immunity. Then the Sejm, alternatively of the Act, passed resolutions that did not produce legal effects. As if that were not enough, any government officials, including, by horror, besides ministers, referred in their unlawful actions to the Prime Minister's decrees. However, the decrees have no legal force in Polish legislation. On September 30, 2024, Justice Minister Adam Bodnar announced that he did not respect the decisions of the ultimate Court, and the protective seat of the Public Prosecutor's Office Prison Service did not let the National Prosecutor Darius Barski into the building thus preventing him from doing his authoritative duties.
These actions, these events, and I reminded just a fewer of them, led to complete anarchy in Poland. Anarchy not only legislative or executive at government level, but universal anarchy, a direct threat to the wellness and life of citizens. Dangerous murderers are released from prison, sentenced to long-term prison sentences. They are released due to the fact that any judges, who undermine the position of another judges, cancel their rulings. There has been legal chaos, of which everyone is not yet aware.
It is so hard to wonder that many commentators, analysts or journalists, judging what happened in Poland after 13 December 2024 utilized and utilized firm words. But so far, they have been a diagnosis and evaluation of a media nature, which is within the broad scope of freedom of speech. The situation changed dramatically on 31 January 2025. On that day, the president of the Constitutional Court Bogdan Świętczkowski made an authoritative notification to the prosecutor about the anticipation of committing a crime, consisting in the execution of a coup in Poland. In the notice, Świętczkowski pointed out as suspects that the coup of the State, the Prime Minister, the Speakers of the Sejm and the Senate, ministers, parliamentarians, judges and prosecutors, acting together “in an organized crime groupIt’s okay. ” The D.A. has launched an investigation into this.
The coup d'état, contrary to popular opinion, does not should be armed, as Radosław Sikorski acknowledged in 2021, stating that "coup is not necessarily taking troops to the streets, it can be done at the organization office and in courts.”. The submitting announcement Bogdan Święczkowski was head of the interior safety Agency, Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Justice, National Prosecutor and First Deputy lawyer General. Since 2022 he has been a justice of the Constitutional Court and since December 2024 president of the Constitutional Tribunal. He is simply a man of excellent opinion and many years of professional experience.
What will be the consequences of this notice? You don't know that. You can be certain that Donald Tusk will not waive immunity, will sabotage the investigation and will not voluntarily surrender to a possible court sentence. But the fact that the coalition's actions were named a coup on 13 December, and that these actions were not named by a more or little well-known commentator or columnist, but by a individual holding 1 of the most crucial offices in the state, already demonstrates how dramatic Poland was. And each of us, besides people who identify with the right side of the political scene, and perhaps, above all, they, perhaps, first of all, we should thin on this issue. We should thin over Poland, which was on 1 of the most dangerous corners in its history. We should yet realise the seriousness of the situation, realise the real threat, the hazard of Poland losing its subjectivity and sovereignty. Do we realize that the Polish state, in front of our eyes, undergoes systemic destruction? Not in history, not long ago. Now, here and now. Notification of the prosecution by the president of the Constitutional Court about the ongoing coup d'état is simply a signal for us to reflect on the destiny of Poland in order to thin with concern over Poland, over our Homeland. For a decent life, it's not just hot water in the tap. We request more than that. Do we inactive feel that need?
Mr Bogdan
