It began by forcefully overthrowing the legal authorities of Public Television, arresting MPs protected by immunity. They are released due to the fact that any judges, who undermine the position of another judges, cancel their rulings. There has been legal chaos, of which everyone is not yet aware.
It is so hard to wonder that many commentators, analysts or journalists, judging what happened in Poland after 13 December 2024 utilized and utilized firm words. But so far, they have been a diagnosis and evaluation of a media nature, which is within the broad scope of freedom of speech. The situation changed dramatically on 31 January 2025. Notification of the prosecution by the president of the Constitutional Court about the ongoing coup d'état is simply a signal for us to reflect on the destiny of Poland in order to thin with concern over Poland, over our Homeland.
