You can't change the wellness system, you can't break up the NFZ monopoly, you can't simplify taxes, you can't make this energy transformation in Poland look a small more normal, you can't usually negociate with the Union or with Ukraine – everything can't be done!
I'm slow tired of this mrage, this constant proceeding that there's no improvement here, that it's not even worth trying. Do we live in Poland on any water vein, or do we have any bad feng shui between Odra and Bug? Is there any laws of nature that say that if you can get anywhere, you can't get anywhere? For what reason in Germany we can have competing funds for patients who are ill, and in Poland, erstwhile we talk about competing wellness insurance funds about patients, we find that it is impossible to, that it is impossible, that it is populism! Why in Estonia can they have a simple VAT bill, which is below 100 pages, and in Poland, erstwhile I talk about a simple VAT bill, I hear that it is impossible, that it is populism, that it is impossible! Why in Germany can they have voluntary ZUS for entrepreneurs, and in Poland again it is populism and something that cannot be done? Does any natural law tell us that we must have 10 different flat rates? Does any law of nature force us to have a vet pay taxes another than a doctor, and 1 another than an engineer, and 1 another than a lawyer? What's it coming from? Who makes us think this strategy should be so lame? Who makes us make the rules look like no 1 knows what the VAT is on this frozen baguette with garlic butter or fudge? Who's forcing us to live in this shitty system? Who's forcing us to wait a year for the P.C.U. code to know what taxation to pay if we're on the flat? Who tells us, Poles, that we must have specified a grandfatherly strategy of individual interpretations that do not defend at all? Where is this coming from? Why do we keep proceeding it: impossible, impossible, it should be like this? If politicians from the PiS and the Platform are so convinced that nothing can be changed here that it has to look like this, then they should change the profession! They should do something else! due to the fact that not only do they not want to make changes, but they do not even imagine that these changes are possible at all! I absolutely do not believe, and I will never believe, and there is no force that will force me to accept that it is impossible to simplify taxes in Poland, that all these things cannot be changed! It's a fewer statutory records, ink on the card! Why would it be impossible to change that? Why does it gotta look like that? I don't buy it and I'll never believe it.
I can't believe it has to look like the IRS is an enemy to the taxpayer, so that the taxation officials are in charge of setting up provocations against taxpayers, chasing kids for selling lemonade, chasing an old female for selling radishes. Is it truly children and pensioners trying to make extra money that are worthy of an opponent to the Polish State? Should our state apparatus truly be doing this? I can't believe this has to happen!

I don't believe that politicians at all levels spend our money making sense that they don't spend them on stupidity, that they gotta buy for them things that they buy all the time. I don't buy it! I do not believe that these offices, these institutions, these ministries at this point are working smoothly and that half of the officials should not be expelled to do something more useful. I don't believe it!
Even companies operating in the free marketplace that gotta fight for a customer, take care of any economical account, frequently have various problems with optimism. They frequently get over-employment and do something wrong. And let's just say, offices and ministries, various kinds of government foundations that don't have the request to fight for a client – everything works badly there and it can be improved!
The State Treasury companies in this strategy have long been engaged, in principle, only and exclusively in the conduct of money for people associated with the government. All these Treasury companies spend hundreds of millions of PLN all year on various types of advisory, marketing services – this caste has occupied all these companies and tells us that it cannot be depoliticized! due to the fact that if we depoliticized it, then they would have nothing to eat! Of course you can! We are able to depoliticize all these State Treasury companies and sale those that are not needed for our strategical interest!
Throughout all these years of the regulation of the Polish Police, due to this deficiency of change Poles unfortunately believed that it was impossible. Poles have fallen into torment and have no hope of change at this point. This is the reason why the another parties' proposals on these major systemic issues are very frequently related to a mediocrity, they present any insignificant amendments in taxation law. In wellness care, they only say that we may improve to make these meals in the infirmary even better – due to the fact that they do not believe that Poles are inactive able to believe that any change is possible. It's their fault. It is their fault, they took hope from Poles, they made us fall into specified a mess, into specified a sense of hopelessness, and so many of us believed that nothing could truly be done here. I'm sick of this mess! Poles have been among the fastest increasing nations in the planet for the last 30 years. But first we gotta do something about these people so they don't bother us so much. It's frequently that if you can't do something, then individual comes along who doesn't know you can't, and it turns out you can! You just gotta truly want it. If you truly want to, you can do anything! You can do anything, you just gotta truly want it. Trust me, we truly want things to change in this country.
And those are not words cast upon the wind, they are not empty promises. See where we are at this point, both physically, geographically, in Spodek, Katowice, and where we are at this minute politically. We are at the largest electoral convention of this political season, we have a 3rd consequence in the polls, we are the 3rd force, we will introduce respective twelve Members into the Sejm and everything indicates that we will prevent the continuation of the COPIS. We will let the PiS to yet cease to rule, and the Platform will not rule! We're here right now!
Look how many of you are here! Look how strong we are! We have come to this with the hard work of all of you! It didn't fall from the sky! due to the fact that we truly wanted to!
This is the fall! We've been saying for years: finally, this fall will come! And now it's fall!
Like the stadium! Thank you very much! That's how it was expected to be. This is why we chose this Spodek in Katowice, so that it would not be another boring convention for pensioners from the PiS or Platform, just to show strength, show energy, show how the Confederate is playing. That's how we play. But it wasn't always like that! I remember what it looked like a fewer years ago, I remember where we started. In 2017, erstwhile we went to meetings, respective people came to meetings. In larger cities, respective dozen. It happened to me in 2017 to go to a gathering that nobody else came to but me! Believe me, this is not the nicest thing that can happen to a politician. It looked like this in 2016 or 2017. In the fall of 2018, we took part in local elections. You know what the consequence is? Freedom, the erstwhile name of our fresh Hope party, got 1.5% in the municipal election for the 2018 fall Sejm. The National Movement got 1.2%, and the Crown of Gregory Braun wasn't there yet. We were parties with 1% support, and no 1 believed it would change much. Everyone told us that it would be like this, that it was impossible to establish rivalry with COPIS, that we were the margin of the margin, and we had to accept that we would never get out of that gap we were in then, we would never get out. We had a organization of 1% a fewer years ago. But we didn't give up. We did not consider that “it is impossible”, that it must always look like this. We did not perceive to all the “wise and wise people” who said that it would now be so that you would end your political life at the level of 1%. We thought about what we could do about it due to the fact that there's always something we can do. We tied up the Confederacy, ran for the Euro-Parliament elections in spring 2019. Then people all over Poland started asking questions, but what is this Confederation, which in these exit polls has 5% with a hook? Where they came from, we have never heard of them. They weren't even mentioned on TV! And unfortunately we didn't get 5%, we got 4.5%, we got 620,000 votes. And again we heard that it was over, that it was impossible, that “you guys tried, you didn’t work out, you can go home.” Six months later, there were parliamentary elections that we knew would be much harder than the elections to Europarlamento, and since we failed in the elections to Europarlamento, what were the chances that after six months we would make a much better consequence in much harder elections, where there was much higher attendance? Do I remember reasoning about how to do that? We got 600,000 votes, and in a couple of months, we're gonna gotta do twice as good a score to get into the Sejm, due to the fact that that's what the attendance is gonna be! We didn't break down. We didn't believe it was impossible. We've taken this glove, prepared an election campaign, and won 6.8%! Twice as many votes as the spring of the same year. We did it! Nobody believed it would work, and we did!
In the next election Krzysztof Bosak repeated this result, improved it, we got over 1 million 300 1000 votes! Then the virus came. The polls increased due to the fact that we were the only ones who stood up to this hysteria, the only ones we said what kind of circus it was, the only ones we didn't want to participate in this setup! We scored almost 10% in the polls! due to the fact that Poles saw that we are different from all this competition and as the only ones we are trying to fight for fundamental freedoms and civilian rights! Then the virus ran out, the war came, and again we had polls of 10% to 5%, and again what was the narrative? That the Confederacy is over, that they are already coming under the threshold, that they will not win now, that this war will kill them and that this Confederation will be gone! That we already have a problem, due to the fact that we're the problem for them. But again, we didn't believe it couldn't happen, again, we didn't think it had to happen, that our future was determined in specified a way that we would never mean anything. We got back to work, regrouped, and in July of that year our polls reached 14%! It worked! We got out of that polling gap again. due to the fact that if you truly want to, you truly can!
Now our polls have dropped to 11% again. People, 11% is more than we've always had in the past of our environments, and people say that panic is happening, that the Confederacy is not doing well. I want I'd never been like this in my life to be the 3rd power in the polls. And have 11%! Really? Is that a reason to think it's bad? This is simply a large consequence that we've worked very hard for. But we haven't finished this occupation yet. We're not buying that we're going to have 11%. There's 3 weeks of run left, and there's no reason for us not to go back to those 15%. We request between 2 and 2 and a half million votes, and that's absolutely possible. It can be done. If we all put on quite a few hard work, then we are again able, as we have done many times before, to increase these poll results and to make this most crucial poll, this 1 crucial one, on 15 October, give us a calm 15% and 2 and a half million votes. That's possible, you just gotta truly want it! And we truly want to!
Our opponents keep telling us that it will be nothing from us anymore, that we will sale ourselves, precisely as the groups who tried to enter politics from outside, from outside these large parties have sold themselves; that we will end up like Kukiz, like Petru or like Palikot, we are also one-time, temporary group of protests, a temporary revolt that will shortly expire and be gone. That's precisely how they think of us, that we're going to sale ourselves for money from the Treasury Company, for assistants, for cars, for offices, due to the fact that that's what we're going to politics for. But why do they think that? due to the fact that they've been through it, due to the fact that that's who they are. They know if they were in our place, that's precisely what they'd do! But I have a surprise for them. We're not like them! We're different. We're not like them at all. If we were like them, it wouldn't make any sense! due to the fact that even if we always had any influence on power, we'd be doing precisely what they did, which is nothing! But we're different from them. We may be a bit out of the ordinary, we have controversial views or controversial statements sometimes, but believe me, we don't gotta agree with all single 1 of our members to vote for us! It's not required! We're actually a small crazy, but only people crazy adequate to think they can change the planet are the ones who change it! And we truly want to change the world!
We want to change the planet and we want to change it. That's all we're doing isn't to remove 1 stupid recipe, lower 1 taxation a small bit, or destruct another tax. We want to change Poland completely. We want a arrogant and rich Poland. Poland rich in its citizens' wealth, where there are low and simple taxes, where there is no publishing, where politicians do not bribe Poles for their own money, where there is no censorship, where there is no absurd political correctness, where there is freedom of speech, where politicians, where the power yet takes care of the Polish national interest, and where the rulers are not servants of any nation another than the Nation of Poland!
And we will, due to the fact that we truly want specified a world, we truly want specified a Poland. We've truly achieved any successes, done things that no 1 has done before. Remember the communicative of Kukiz’15, Modern or Palikot Movement. All those groups to which they unwarrantedly compare us ended their lives after their first term. They entered the Sejm, then fraternized with 1 or the another side, and disappeared and they were gone! We're in a totally different situation. We entered the Sejm 4 years ago, and now we will enter it again, and with the gate! By introducing respective twelve Members. We're gonna do something that those parties didn't do at all! Therefore, there is no reason to compare us to them, which unfortunately everyone is doing around them.
It is not, of course, that everything succeeds, that we have no failures along the way. Churchill said, “Success is the transition from failure to defeat without losing enthusiasm.” And we go from failure to failure, from failure to failure, from mistake to error, very frequently we are wrong, very frequently we do something wrong, very frequently we get it on our heads, but we truly believe it makes sense, and constantly, all the time, with large determination and stubbornness we decision forward! In each subsequent election we get a better result. We have very, very advanced support among voters up to the age of 29. Very advanced among voters until 39. And immense among the voters who first go to elections this year! We have specified support there that even the young, children of the Pisovs vote for the Confederacy! All youth are in favour of the Confederacy!
We make mistakes, we have flaws, we have quite a few weaknesses. I'm not gonna lie to you about how amazing we are that we already know everything. We're inactive learning. We're inactive developing. We keep trying. We're doing it slowly. Unfortunately, we have much little resources than our competitors. We have a lot little money, we have a lot little people. And the forces against which we stand are truly powerful. We have fundamentally all the large media against each other. Biggest television, TVP or TVN, they either fight us all the time, or they keep us quiet. Either they're not telling the fact about us, or they're not talking about us at all. That's their standard tactic. On TVP, in the first half of this year, PiS representatives spoke freely for 250 hours. Confederate representatives through ZERO seconds. This statistic shows how reluctant they are to look at us there, and how powerful we must face. Journalists, media, they compose nonsense about us all the time, they pull something out of context, sometimes they completely lie, completely changing the meaning of our statements. Our voters frequently catch their heads, watching who you people are? I thought we wanted to vote for you guys, and you guys are so cool, so cool, so cool? due to the fact that unfortunately, many more people believe these media! People inactive don't see how much the media is lying, how terrible they are trying to distort reality. After all, in June of this year we were the first to print a programme of more than 100 pages of the Confederacy, where we dealt rather thoroughly with practically all area of our country's activity. We presented quite a few draft laws, I presented new, ready-made PIT, CIT and VAT laws. Do you think the media is interested? Do journalists give passages from this program, saying that the Confederacy wants to break up the NFZ monopoly for example? No! No! The media makes up any kind of wellness certificate, invents any country woman, writes any stupid stuff, does whatever it takes not to describe our show honestly and honestly. After all, erstwhile we say, for example, that taxes request to be reduced, but besides lower spending, we are called populists, that it cannot be that it cannot be that individual reduces taxes. I guess due to the fact that no 1 believes Tusk would do it due to the fact that in 2007 he said the same thing and of course he didn't! possibly that's why he only has a concession fee in this matter!
They tell us that we in this Confederation are about to fall apart, due to the fact that each of us has a different opinion, due to the fact that we are made up of 3 environments and we will truly not be able to talk with 1 voice. They effort to exaggerate these truly delicate, subtle differences between us, to the limits of possibilities. At the same time specified a Civic Platform has on its lists absolutely people with all possible views! We have a Kołodziejczak from Agrounia and we have the Greens! We have Roman Giertych there and we have Barbara Nowacka! What do these people have in common too wanting power? They're not truly after anything!
We deal in this fight against the media, with the biggest parties, with tens of thousands of members, with all local governments, with all these city companies. We have immense problems with the organization of specified events, due to the fact that either the local government companies refuse to talk to us at all, or as recently, in Poznań, they talk, sign a contract, and retreat from it the day before the event! No another organization is treated in this way by this strategy due to the fact that no another organization is as dangerous to this strategy as we are, and they realize it. There truly is no 1 waiting for us with open hands. It is not that erstwhile we entered this political esctraclass, they are happy: oh, a fresh colleague in class came, come, we will get acquainted with you. No! No! They know we're their enemy, and they know we're going there to kick them out! That's why they're fighting us as hard as they can!
But our opponents were not always so powerful. They were at the phase where we are now. Let's look at 2001. What were the results back then? We had an SLD of over 40%. But the Platform got 12% then, and the PiS got 9.5% in the 2001 parliamentary election. Then, Kaczyński's people, could the PiS people say that we're about to regulation the state, have a prime minister, a president, we're about to set this country our own? No 1 would believe them then! 4 years passed and PiS made about 9 percent of 27% and began to regulation Poland! They did it in 4 years! Now we have about 11%, and why should we think we can't repeat what the PiS did 20 years ago? But the Platform in 2001 had 12%, in 2005 – 24%, and in 2007 it had 40%. She made even more progress. That's besides possible! It may take six years, not four, but that's what happens in politics. There are also things going on. Look at these election results. In 2005, both Self-defense and the League of Polish Families had about 10% of support. More or little like us now. And what did they do about it? They entered the coalition with the PiS.
We don't want to repeat the destiny of either self-defense or LPR. Look what happened to them after 2 years of coalition with PiS! Both fell to 1% and were completely out of politics. This is simply a clear instruction for us, which should not be done. You shouldn't enter the coalition with the PiS!
That is why we are going to these elections to end the regulation of the Law and not let Tusk to rule! This is our target. Not to get into a coalition with the PiS! We don't mean that at all, it would be a completely suicidal maneuver that we absolutely don't intend to do.
But we can't do it alone. We don't have a chance to emergence from 11% to 20%, or at any point even 40%. You must aid us. This is your job, unfortunately. That's all we can do! You gotta convince absolutely everyone you can for the next 3 weeks to go to the election on October 15 and vote for the Confederacy. His siblings, his parents, his grandparents, his children, his grandchildren, his college colleagues, his work, his neighbors, people on the streets, people in line for meat or a gas station. Whom you cannot see must be persuaded to vote for the Confederacy! And it is not that any group will not vote for us – who came up with this thought that our program is directed against women? Women in Poland have a professional career, they start businesses, they accomplish immense successes! And we want to aid them! Women pay advanced and complicated taxes! They face these bureaucratic obstacles precisely the same as men! Women are not peculiar people who request to be given parities, peculiar rights, privileges, as the Left would like! Women, like men, build the prosperity of this country! And our program is the best for women! And don't let me tell you otherwise!
We are evidently a organization of the young generation. Bo Young Poles see perfectly what strategy they are designed to live in. We can see perfectly that we are paying a life contribution to the Social safety Office only to get a 20% pension erstwhile in a while. We see that we gotta pay very advanced wellness contributions only to pay for the doctor privately again. We see that we live in a country that was designed and created, and is inactive ruled by people who were inactive raised in the Polish People's Republic, who inactive live all those years. They have early retirements for themselves, they have the best jobs occupied for themselves, they block the improvement of young people, they have only demands for us to increase the retirement age – for us – everything is arranged under each other! That's why young Poles want change, due to the fact that they see that it doesn't substance whether it's the Law or the Platform or the Left, everything goes in the same direction all the time, and the same people regulation all the time as 30 years ago. And we truly are deep down in that generation. We don't care about Magdalene or circular Table arrangements. We are young people, and we see the planet change, how fast the planet changes, how it evolves. We see that the generation of Tusk, Kaczyński or Czarzasty behind these changes simply does not follow! We know the world. We are young, but we see how much we deficiency in truly civilized countries! And we see that those people who regulation this country will never lead us to that place.
We are besides tired of telling us that we must forget our national pride, our beliefs, our traditions, our customs. We want to be arrogant of our story! We are sick of being blamed for the crimes committed by our neighbors. We want to be arrogant of Polish history, arrogant of the achievements of our ancestors, we want to be arrogant of Poland. That's why we're so damn upset about what he's doing to this beautiful country, this full unfortunate political class! We want to live in a country where you don't gotta emigrate to work well, to learn well at the best universities. We want to live in Poland. We want to start families here, start businesses, make careers, we want to have children here, possibly grandchildren someday – we want our children to live better in this country than we do at the moment. Therefore, on October 15, we are going to the elections, we are voting for the Confederacy and we will wipe those people out of the political scene, who all day for 30 years have proved that they are inactive mentally alive at a time erstwhile we have not yet been in the world!
And the hope that this will happen is the force that makes us believe, in spite of all the adversities, that something beautiful awaits us. He's the force that gives us energy to keep working, the courage to keep fighting. On October 15, we want all Poles, young Poles to go to elections, vote for the Confederation. And it doesn't substance whether you are freedomists or nationalists, workers or employers, whether you are students or pensioners, whether you live in the city or in the country, whether you are a female or a man, you are all able to join us, to this large march towards free Poland! You are all able to join the Confederacy and yet change this country! That's why we're going to the election on October 15, not to sit at that table, but to turn over that table! And we're gonna rotation over that table!
On October 15th, it will be the National Day of the Overturning Capital!
