Manowska refused to convene the Court of State for the 3rd time

Members of the Court who have been seeking his convocation for respective years have received another refusal from the president of the TS. Margaret Manowska challenged their next correct motion, despite the fact that the first refusal caused the investigation and prosecutorial motion to reject her immunity.
