Manowska goes to war with the Prime Minister's countersignate

Neossięcia Małgorzata Manowska, 1st president of the ultimate Court, made a motion to the Constitutional Court for the Prime Minister's countersignature. It calls for the institution of the countersignature to be declared unconstitutional. On TV, the Republic explained that it is unacceptable for "the executive authority in the individual of the Prime Minister to block the justice system".
