Mandatory investigation for weapon holders getting closer?

The debate on the parliamentary draft changes to the arms and ammunition bill took place last Friday in the Sejm. The project, which was prepared by Polish MEPs 2050, provides for the imposition on persons aged up to 70 years, with permits for weapons for hunting, sports and training purposes, the work of periodic medical and intellectual examinations confirming all 5 years the fulfilment of wellness criteria related to the possession of weapons. The task besides foresees an increase in the frequency of these studies for people over the age of 70, introducing the rule of repeating them all 2 years.
