It is precisely at the first phase in which the patient reports compensation claims or in any cases claims about the treatment of a doctor cannot stay passive. It is in the interests of medical personnel to effort to resolve the dispute amicably.

Why by mediation?

The specificity of medical matters first of all reveals a large emotional strength of each party.
