Sławomir Uznański-Wiśniewski flew into space. The feat of the first Pole to live on the global Space Station was commented by politicians. "Poland has reached the stars" - wrote Prime Minister Donald Tusk. "A large day for planet science. A large day for Poland!" - stated president Andrzej Duda.
