The Ordo Iuris Institute warns that the planned introduction of out-of-court divorces will reduce the protection of the durability of matrimony and will bring them to an easy dissolved formality. A government bill that allows divorce before a civilian servant will be sent to the first reading in the Sejm on Friday.
