Major purchases by the Polish army. US State Department approves

The US Department of State has just approved Poland's acquisition of 400 of the latest AIM-120D3 missiles, Minister of National defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz reported on Tuesday evening. The acquisition is worth up to $1.3 billion. This is another step in the large modernization of the Polish Armed Forces, the Deputy Prime Minister wrote.
